This picture was taken in our booth at Houston, Texas 2008. This is Brenda, John and their daughter Susan Feeny.  John is not only our driver and loader, he is also our machine repair man and can cut fabric with the best of them!

 

About Us

In our store we have in stock approximately 4000 bolts of 100% cotton fabrics including Batiks, from Island Batik, Hoffman, Moda, Bali Fabrics, Timeless Treasures, and Blank Fabrics.  We are authorized Baby Lock and Tin Lizzie 18 & 26 machine dealers.   We also stock Embroidery designs from Hatched in Africa, AnitaGoodesigns, Dakota, Smith Street Designs, Amazing Designs and Sue Box Creations.  Our Store is over 5000 square feet filled from wall to wall with beautiful fabric, notions, patterns, and other miscellaneous supplies to make us happy.  We have been in the current location since 1992, located on Business 220 South in Martinsville, Va. If you are using a GPS to locate us, enter our address as 1310 Memorial Blvd. South or it will not find us.  You can also find us using the maps.google.com on the bottom of our home page.   

Shipping/Returns

We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving the order, a lot of the time we can ship the same day, using the United States Post Office.  We always ship the most economical way.

Return Policy:  Patterns, books, software, or cut fabric is NOT returnable.    No returns accepted after 30 days. 

 

Our Goal is to make sure our customers are 100% happy with each purchase from The Sewing Studio, Inc.    If the return is due to an error on the part of The Sewing Studio, or defective merchandise, the refund will include the amount of the purchase and the shipping cost in getting the item back to us.
