Block  Of the Month

  After Ten wonderful years of having the $5.00 block we made some changes this year.  This year once again we will offer two choices.     We are doing an applique block "Henrietta Whiskers" designed by Anne Sutton from Bunny Hill Designs, and a pieced sample block "Election Year 2012".

Details

    You come into the store and purchase a quilt block kit for $ 6.50,  which includes fabric and pattern to complete one 12-1/2" quilt square.  Once you have your quilt kit, you have until the first Tuesday of the following month to complete it.  When you return on the first Tuesday of the month  block completed, the next kit will be $2.00.  

Rules

    1.) You must come on the correct day (the first tuesday of the month)

    2.) You must come in person. (you cannot send someone in your stead.)

    3.) Your quilt block from the previous month must be sewn complete. 

If you do not come in person, or do not have your block completed then the new block kit will be $6.50.

No Exceptions!   

    You can assemble your blocks into a top with your choice of sashings and borders after you accumulate enough squares.
