Easy Peach Cobbler
Spray a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish with oil.
Place 4 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches in the baking dish.
I mixed in food processor:
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup milk
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
And then spread above dough over the top of the chopped peaches.
Boil 1 cup water and add ¾ cup sugar and 1 tsp. Cornstarch.
Pour that over top of the dough.
Bake in oven at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
