Crock Pot Mac & cheese
I received this recipe from the receptionist at Channel 7 in Roanoke, Va. July
2001, and it is Jenny's favorite.
1 1/2 Cups macaroni, cooked & drained
2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Can evaporated milk
1. Put cooked & drained macaroni in crock pot.
2. Mix together eggs, shredded cheese and evaporated milk.
3. Pour over macaroni & stir.
4. Add additional shredded cheese to top if desired.
5. Put lid on. Cook on low 3 hours. Do not remove lid.
